Negotiate with the producer to come up with a comfortable fee and agreement.

A Non-Exclusive Licence grants to the Buyer(licensee) the right to use the beat, but means that the Producer(licensor) remains free to exploit the same beat and to allow any number of other Buyers(licensees) to also exploit the same beat.

An Exclusive Licence means that no person or company other than the named Buyer(licensee) can exploit the beat rights. Importantly, the Producer(licensor) is also excluded from exploiting the beat rights.
